  I used to order pizza quite regular from the Roxburgh Park branch about two and half years ago. The pizzas were fresh and tasted good. However having recently returned to ordering from them again I instantly noticed a massive drop in quality and taste!. The pizzas are now dry, burned, cheap & unfresh looking with about as much taste as a piece of chalk!.
  
  Either they have changed owners or they're now trying to cut costs! totally disgusted, not recommended and will not be returning.

  I am used to order pizza from roxburg branch quite regularly. Ordered pizza from here today for a party but the pizzas were delivered cold, unfresh and no taste. It was like boiled chicken and vegetables has been put on the base. Called them up and the lady on the phone started ranting that pizza is upto her satisfaction. Pathetic customer service. Not going to recommend them any further.

  I am a regular at crust.. i always order the same pizza everytime. I personally love crust but when i ordered pizza from Roxburg Park it was the worsr ever. Probably because i ordered it just before it was shutting but they could hace refused to take the order they can give me what I wanted. I paid a surcharge for the extras on the pizza but ot was not even there. Pizza was blend. Seemed like they rushed through the order and put something on the plate just for the sake of it. Would never ever order from this place again. Lack of communication between the person taking the order and the kitchen staff. Worst ever crust pizza. Even dominos or pizza hut pizzas are better then it. Thanks for the food but would never come there again.

  Pizza was delicious. Always loved a pizza with thin crust and crust gourmet nails it. Ordered Habanero & Mango Chutney Chicken.
  Pizza was hot and fresh!
