  Great variety of food choices. Amazing staff with excellent service skills. They made our lunch experience very special on Christmas day! We will definitely go back for more in the near future :)

  I purchased a voucher from Groupon and phoned in to the restaurant to make a booking. The website said a booking needed 24hrs advance but when I phoned on the day of, the man I spoke to said it was fine for me to come in a few hours. When we arrived, the server asked if we had made a booking. I said yes that I had called at 8:10am. He said "well I've been here since 8 and I haven't taken any calls" (implying that I was mistaken). I told him I had spoken to a man and showed him the phone number that I had called, which was indeed their phone number. He went to speak to the manager and returned saying that bookings need to be made 24hrs in advance and that they would not honour our voucher. The manager never came to speak to us and it was never acknowledged that we had in fact made a booking. No apologies were made. The server was rude and he and the manager did not taking any responsibility for the confusion. They simply made it seem as though I was lying. We have been to Degani ant Highpoint before and had a good experience. This seems like an isolated issue with the Roxburgh Park location. We will be seeking a refund from Groupon and suggest to anyone who is thinking going to the Roxburgh Park Degani location to choose somewhere else if they want any scrap of customer service.
